I bought a music player recently and I've loaded it up with a mixture of stuff that I was listening to last year and a load of 'brand new' (new to me, at least) stuff. It does mean that I have a deeply varied collection of music that delivers the occasional surprise and I'm constantly having to look at the screen to identify whatever is currently playing. Occasionally tracks come on, that I wish would never end... I am flying on Sunday evening, landing in S?“?€o Paolo (GRU) Monday morning. Then I fly to Riber?“?€o Preto (RAO) from Congonhas (CGH). After that I am being driven to Barretos, apparently one of the most boring cities in the world. I have no idea what I'm going to take with me. I'm allowed to take some holiday while I'm there, so I'd love to do the Pantanal or the Amazon, but I don't feel as if I'm prepared: I wanted to buy some camera accessories and a microphone, for starters. Clothes are less of a problem as I'll buy some out there. I'm just feeling that four days is not enough notice for a serious excursion. _
